Clarence Petrie - Liga Doctor & Pilot.
It is with a heavy heart that we share the passing of Clarence Petrie. Clarence was 88 years old, He was a Liga Pilot for 22 years. He attended 13 mission or Liga events.

Elgar Janzen - Liga Pilot.
It is with a heavy heart that we share the passing of Elgar Janzen. Elgar was 83 years old, He was a Liga Pilot for 7 years. He attended 9 mission or Liga events.
Elgar was killed in a plane crash outside, Austin Nevada on Oct. 15. We received a "thank you" from Elgar's wife, Patricia and she asked if I could share with Liga pilots the information regarding his Celebration of Life" to be held on Nov 19. I know that going to British Columbia may be impossible; but they can send a card to his wife, Patricia at 2718 Davidson R., Castlegar, BC V1N 4pg

As pilot coordinator, I was asking Elgar to fly to a different airport to pick up passengers and he was always willing to do whatever needed to be done to get out medical and support staff to our clinics in Mexico. He will be missed. - Pat Savage

Dr Rex Stephen Baumgartner - Liga Dentist.
It is with a heavy heart that we share the passing of Dr Rex Stephen Baumgartner on September 26 2025. Rex was 77 years old, He was a Liga Dentist for 18 years. He attended 44 mission or Liga events.

It is with a heavy heart that we share the passing of George Renfroe on Feb 28 2025. George was 81 years old, He was a Liga Pilot for 20 years and co-coordinator for the San Blas Clinic. He flew or attended 95 mission or Liga events.
